The fraud engine assesses all incoming orders and provides one of the following recommendations:
  • Accept - The order is safe to process and is approved automatically. (Approved orders can still be reviewed manually by an analyst if needed.)
  • Deny - The order has fraudulent indications and is manually reviewed by the fraud team for an Approve / Cancel final decision.
The Fraud Analysts continuously monitor and review the performance of the fraud engine to maintain an optimal flow while minimizing denials.
