  • Shoppers ship all returned items to a single address per destination country regardless of which hubs the products originated from.
  • In the Returns Portal, shoppers can see the entire mixed order products, allowing them to select items across the entire order.
  • Shoppers are not required to separate items into different packages based on origin.
