# Returns

To shoppers, a mixed order return functions like a standard return:

* Shoppers ship all returned items to a **single address per destination country** regardless of which hubs the products originated from.
* In the Returns Portal, shoppers can see the entire mixed order products, allowing them to select items across the entire order.
* Shoppers are not required to separate items into different packages based on origin.
