# Receiving Notification Copies

You can choose to receive a copy of customer-facing notifications about RMA status updates when they are sent to customers.

  This is only relevant for customer-facing email notifications.

1. Navigate to *Settings > Emails > Notifications*.
2. In the **Get a Notification Copy** section, enter a destination email address.
3. Toggle which RMA status updates you would like to receive copies of.
4. Click the save icon to save your changes.

<Note>
  By default, you do not receive copies of customer-facing notification emails. However, you can enable an option to receive them as BCCs if needed.
